If cancellations are made between 11 – 7 days of arrival, no refund will be processed but we can issue a credit note or change of dates (Rs. 1,000 will be charge extra for change of dates or credit note). The credit note will have a validity period and will not be transferable to another guest. If cancellations are made within 7 days of arrival, no refund will be processed, no change of dates & no credit note will be provided. Refunds are processed within 11 – 15 working days.
