No-Shows: 100% charge applies. Reservation Changes: Alterations to reservation dates or guest names are at the discretion of EllBee Hotels. Room Release: Rooms may be released without prior notice if contractual terms are violated. Official Cancellations: Cancellation requests will be acknowledged via email. Cancellation Charges: Groups (6+ rooms): No Charge: 30+ days before check-in. 50% Charge: 10–30 days before check-in. 100% Charge: Less than 10 days before check-in. Individual (1–5 rooms): No Charge: 7+ days before check-in. 100% Charge: Within 7 days of check-in. Processing Fee: A 3% fee applies to cancellation refunds. Room Keys: ?500 fee for lost keys. Valid ID: Mandatory during check-in (e.g., Aadhaar, passport, driver's license). Conduct: Guests must behave respectfully and lawfully. Gambling, illegal activities, and loud noise during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) are prohibited. Prohibited Items: Illegal, flammable, or hazardous items (e.g., firearms, explosives) are not allowed. Pets: Not permitted. Laundry: Use the hotel laundry service; drying clothes in rooms/balconies is prohibited. Visitors: Allowed until 9:00 PM. Must be registered at the front desk. Unregistered visitors are not permitted after 9:00 PM. Damages: Guests are financially responsible for damage to hotel property. Energy Conservation: Turn off electrical appliances when not in use. Food & Beverages: Alcohol and non-vegetarian food are prohibited in Rishikesh properties. External food deliveries are not permitted. Smoking: Smoking outside designated areas incurs a ?10,000 cleaning fee. Cooking: Not allowed in rooms for safety reasons. Medical Emergencies: Contact the front desk for hospital or ambulance assistance. Room Checks: Periodic inspections for safety and maintenance may be conducted without prior notice. Extra Beds: Not provided by the hotel. Management Rights: Guests violating rules or engaging in misconduct may be asked to leave, with payments forfeited. Rules are subject to change without prior notice. Reservation Procedures Advance Payment: 50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before the guest's check-in. Booking Confirmation: Reservations must be submitted to the EllBee Hotels reservation department. All bookings are subject to availability and are non-binding until written confirmation is received. Name Changes: Changing a guest's name is considered a cancellation and rebooking. Rebooking is subject to availability at the time of the name change. GST Requirements: Travel partners must provide their GST number during the booking process. GST invoices will not be issued after checkout if the number is not provided before check-in. Payment Terms: All dues for room bookings and concierge services (e.g., taxi arrangements, activities) must be cleared before check-in. Outstanding balances for services after check-in must be fully settled before checkout.
