Confirmation of the reservation is given at the remittance of 50% of the total booking amount. Rest of the amount to be settled before 15 days prior check-in. Child Policy – Children at the age of 6 years and above sharing the room will be considered as a child and a child above 12 years will be considered an adult. As per Government of India norms, guests are requested to carry a valid government photo ID for all intended residents, including minors and the same has to be produced on arrival for completing the check in formalities. Failure to furnish the same at check-in would lead to denial of accommodation despite a confirmation and all the terms pertaining to cancellation is applicable. For Indian Nationals residing in India: Driver’s License, Passport, Voter’s ID, Aadhar Card For International Guests/NRI/PIO/OCI: Passport with valid Visa. In case of PIO or OCI holders the PIO/OCI also needs to be submitted along with the respective passports. Nonresident visitors as well as drivers and escorts are not permitted to guest rooms for security reasons. Guests are requested to entertain their guests in the lobby.
