Reservation Procedure:

  • During Full Moon Party week, please make your inquiry at least 3 weeks in advance for you will get more chance to get the room you request
  • After having sent the booking enquiry, you will get the reservation details and confirmation of availability
  • The total cost and payment procedure will be included in the reservation details
  • Our Price is nett and inclusive of vat and service charge
  • Please do not forget to provide your correct and active e-mail address in order to receive the reply quickly
  • In the case of different time zones, weekends, and public holidays, the reply may be delayed
  • Please do not provide your credit card details by e-mails or in the insecured Websites
  • During the peak season, the status of bookings is changed daily and it may sometimes cause inconvenience in getting the room. We apologies in advance for your kind understanding if it is the case
  • If you use a free web-based email account (hotmail, yahoo mail, etc.) Please also check your JUNK (BULK) mail box to see if our inquiry reply email is there. We recommend you to keep us in your safe-list for further information

Prices

  • Prices displayed on the website exclude taxes unless otherwise stated on the website or in the confirmation email.

Voucher and Payment Confirmation Receipt

  • When the payment is received, a hotel voucher will be sent to you by e-mail and it is required to show at the hotel or resort upon check in
  • The name on the voucher is required to be the same as the name appeared in your passport and credit card to avoid error booking
  • After receive the hotel voucher, please check that all information in the voucher is correct, and if there's something wrong in it, please kindly contact us immediately so we can correct it for you

Cancellations and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations will be confirmed to BOOKINGSMAKER.COM by email or fax only
  • Hotel can cancel your booking if unproper check in like NO ID Proof or illegal check in or as per the goverment orders, this may caused NOSHOW Or NONREFUNDABLE. While check in each person should give there id card as per the hotel policy locals may not allowed by hotelier.
  • REFUND to the customer can be processed up to 10 days after payment received if the booking is more than 30 Days away. No REFUND after 10 days of payment for we already confirms the hotel/resort of your reservation
  • REFUND WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY NEFT WIRE TRANSFER WITHIN 3 WEEKS TIME WITH 5% BANK FEE, 10% Of cancellation fee and handling charges HOTEL COMMISSION AND WIRE TRANSFER FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE FULL AMOUNT
  • The fixed monthly service cost / flexible or commission paid on monthly basis to BOOKINGSMAKER.COM is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case
  • Reservations with arrival date within 1 month of the date payment strictly NO REFUND
  • CUSTOMER NO SHOW OR EARLY CHECK-OUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NO REFUND
  • The Customer must check in on the date specified on the booking voucher provided by BOOKINGSMAKER.COM unless is informed at least 2 weeks before and receive the new hotel voucher from BOOKINGSMAKER.COM
