Booking Policy

AJS POOL PARTY - BOOKING POLICY

1. Advance Booking: A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to confirm your pool party booking.
2. Payment Schedule: Balance 70% payment must be settled 7 days prior to the event date.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 15 days before the event will receive 50% refund; no refund for cancellations within 15 days of the event.
4. Rescheduling: One-time free rescheduling allowed if requested at least 10 days prior to the original event date, subject to venue availability.
5. Guest Count: Final guest count must be confirmed 3 days before the event; additional charges apply for guests exceeding the agreed number.

Term & Condition

AJS POOL PARTY - ADULTS ONLY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Age Restriction: This is a strictly adults-only event. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at entry for age verification.
2. No Minors Allowed: Children and minors below 18 years are not permitted entry under any circumstances. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry without refund if accompanied by minors.
3. Alcohol & Beverages: Alcoholic beverages may be served at the event. Guests are expected to consume responsibly. Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who are visibly intoxicated or disruptive.
4. Appropriate Conduct: All guests must maintain decorum and respect fellow attendees. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of venue rules will result in immediate removal without refund.
5. Liability Waiver: Guests participate in pool activities at their own risk. Management is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings during the event. Swimming at your own discretion is advised.
