· Rs.1000/- per room as cancellation charges if done 7 days prior to the arrival. · Up to 4 days prior to the arrival will cost 1 night’s charges. · No Refund will be made if the cancellation is done less than 4 days before arrival or No Show or in case of early check-out. · There is no contract between the hotel and the client until the hotel has received the initial deposit amount. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy. · In exceptional cases like Instant death Hotel can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Hotel would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund) · The Hotel has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided. · Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.
